- Exporting to plain text or rich format texts.

1. Version 1.01 contains two minor fixes:
- Edit/Find... and Find Again did nothing.
- The changed width of an eNote window loses its new width after that window was moved by the mouse.
2. eNotes affiliate program has started.
3. FAQ is added
